The Billing option under your Financials menu is where you will see invoices with a balance due attached. Check the box next to the customer name and hit Charge. This will charge the customer's payment method on file.
The customer has to have a payment method saved on file in their customer account to be charged using this tool.
If the customer does not have a payment method saved on file in their account, you will be forbidden from checking the box next to the invoice.
