To research customer history on the Sera Tech App first make sure you are logged in. Once logged in you will see the Leaderboard page from here tap the three lines at the top right of the screen.
Tap "Customer Lookup" this will open a new page where you can search for past customers to see their job history.
Customer information such as past appointment history and quotes will be shown here.
