To reset your password on the Sera Tech App, you will want to make sure that you are on the Login screen. Once here, select the Forgot Password link. It will then take you to a page to fill out your email address.
Note: This will need to match your email address on file with your Technician account.
You will receive an email that will prompt you to create a new password.
