How do I send a reset password link to a customer for the Customer Portal?
If the customer has forgotten their password or is unable to login to their customer portal, they can request a reset password email by clicking on the Forgot Password link under the login section of the Customer Portal.
As a reminder your Customer Portal for your company is (your company ID.schedule.online). You can find this Company ID in the web address of your Sera Admin Portal (your company ID.sera.tech)
From the Admin Portal, the user can send the customer a forgotten password link by using the "Reset Password" link. Accessing their customer account in the Customer Service tab, you will see Reset Password under the Last Portal Login section.
