Mobile App: Adding Photos to a Past Appointment
This article explains how technicians can add photos to past appointments using the Sera Mobile app.
What’s New
Technicians can:

Navigate to the Customer profile, locate any past appointment, and either upload photos from your device or take photos and load them so they are saved on the appointment.
Admins can:
- See real-time updates when they go into the Customer profile. Images are displayed under the Media & Docs tab within the job.
How It Works
This feature is automatically enabled as a native feature within Sera.
Be sure you are using the latest version of the Mobile App.
As we consistently improve aspects of the Mobile App, if there is a new version, upon logging in you'll be prompted to update and refresh the app. This ensures you're on the latest version will all current features enabled.
- Sign into Sera Mobile on your mobile device (Android or iOS).
- Locate the 3 lines icon on the bottom of the screen.

- You will now see options including Leaderboard, Appointments, Customers, etc. Select Customers.

- Using the Customer Lookup, type in the name of the Customer (you need at least 4 characters for the search to populate). Select the correct Customer for the job you would like to update.

- Once selected, you'll be brought to overall details of the Customer. Locate the second tab titled Appointments. Here, you will see all appointments for this Customer. You can scroll to find the correct appointment you'd like to update photos on.


- Select into the appointment, and scroll down to the section titled "Photos". When you click into this, you'll be prompted to take photos or add photos from your device. They'll automatically save to the appointment and reflect in real-time within the Admin portal.
