Mobile App: Customer Profile
The Customer Profile gives you a centralized view of everything you need to know about a customer all in a single place. Whether you're reviewing details before a job or looking up historical information on-site, the Customer Profile makes it fast and easy.
How to Access the Customer Profile
You can access the Customer Profile in two ways:
- From Job Summary for an active job
- Tap the Customers button to access the Customer Profile for the job that you are currently working.
- Tap the Customers button to access the Customer Profile for the job that you are currently working.
- From Customer Search
- Access Customers from the Main Menu by tapping the hamburger menu icon on the floating bottom bar.
- Use at least 4 characters to search for the customer by name, email, phone number or street address.
- The customer entry that you will select will pull up address specific customers, so you will see multiple customer entries if the customer has multiple addresses. This will help you only see the information that is pertinent to the address at hand instead of seeing all of the information co-mingled among their addresses.
What You'll Find in the Customer Profile
Each profile is organized into key sections to give you a complete picture of the customer's history and current status:
Contact Details
- Contact information such as name, email and phone number
- Customer specific data such as billing address, service address, and taxability status
Tip: If the customer is not able to access their Customer Portal, you are able to send a Reset Password from this tab to their email address on file at any time.
Appointments
- A full list of past and upcoming appointments for this Customer's address
- Tap into any appointment for full details and job history. Inside you will find details such as service category, department, appointment date and time window, appointment number, job number, invoice number (if applicable), and much more!
Equipment
- A list of installed equipment with details as entered by previous technicians on jobs for this customer's address. This might could installation date, serial number, etc.
- Tap any item to view component information and service history details.
Quotes
- All quotes tied to this address are visible in any status from the Customer Profile.
- This is great for follow-ups with the customer or potential upsell opportunities.
- If this is a customer you are on a job for at this time, any quotes in Draft, Open or Denied will display in the job that you are working now to facilitate conversations with the customer about past recommended services, etc.
Photos
- Access ALL photos from all jobs for this customer's address. The photos will be separated by date to allow a historical view of work performed or status of equipment.
Notes
- View notes added by technicians, dispatchers or office staff on the customer's record.
- Add your own notes to help the team or track details over time.
- These notes are separate from the Job Notes which will be about the work being performed on that specific job.
