Mobile App: How do I report an issue with the app?

If you run into a problem while using the Sera Mobile App, such as a button not working, a screen not loading, or other unexpected behavior, you can quickly report it using the in-app Report Issue feature.  Submitting issues directly from the app helps our support team diagnose and resolve problems faster.

How to report an issue

  1. Open the Main Menu
    1. Tap the three line (☰) Main Menu icon in the floating bar at the bottomIMG_0356
  2. Select Report Issue
    1. In the Main menu options, select Report Issue

  3. Describe the problem
    1. In the form provided, type a short but clear description of what went wrong, including any details such as the screen you were on, what you were attempting to do, what device you have, etc. IMG_0359
  4. Submit the Report
    1. Tap the Send Report button

Best Practices

  • Be as specific as possible in your description:
    • What screen were you on?
    • What were you trying to do?
    • Did you get an error message or did the app just freeze?
  • Include the job number and/or customer's name if the issue occurred during an appointment
