Mobile App: How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password or are having trouble logging into the Sera Mobile App, you can easily reset it using the "Forgot Password" option right on the main login screen.
Resetting your password
- Open the Sera Mobile App
- On your device, tap the Sera app icon
- Tap "Forgot Password"
- On the main login screen, look for the link labeled "Forgot Password" just below the login fields
- Enter your email address
- Type in the email address associated with your account
- Tap Continue
- If prompted, select the company you are trying to log in to
- Tap Continue
- Check your email
- You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password
- Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password
- Return to the app and log in
- Once your password is reset, return to the app and log in using your new credentials
Tips for a smooth password reset
- Make sure you enter the correct email - the one used for your Sera technician login
- If you don't see the reset email after a few minutes:
- check your spam/junk folder in your email
- confirm you typed the email correctly
- The reset link will expire after 48 hours - if it's expired when you go to use it, simply request another one.
