Mobile App: Job Summary

The Job Summary screen is your central hub for every appointment.  From here, you can access the map and directions, review customer information, manage equipment, photos and notes, build quotes, process payments and more! 

How to access the Job Summary

The Job Summary screen is the hub for the entire appointment and will be available as your "home" screen while you are working.  Any back arrow will navigate you back to the Job Summary.  This screen is available for you at every step of the workflow.

Key Functions on the Job Summary

  • Directions and Travel tracking to your customer's location: the address is pulled automatically from the customer's profile and through a single click can open directions in your device's map program
  • Photo Management: Tap Photos to take and upload images related to this job.  This might include before and after photos, documented damage or other reference photos.  All photos are attached to this job to make them visible to the office staff and can be enabled for the customer's view as well.  All photos taken on the job will now roll up to the Customer's profile for easy review on any job!
  • Equipment Tracking: Tap Equipment to view and manage equipment associated with this customer's address.  You can view existing equipment details, add new equipment, edit pre-existing equipment information and view past service history related to this equipment.
  • Customer Account details: Tap customer to view customer contact information, appointment details, equipment, quotes, photos, documents and notes.  
  • Notes: Tap Notes to access all job related notes from the office, previous technicians on this job or the customer.  
  • Quote Building and Management: Tap Quotes to create a new estimate or view existing quotes for this customer.  Add tasks and pricing directly from your company's pricebook.  Send quotes to the customer via email or present it on your device for signature. Easily create multiple quotes for upsell opportunities. 
  • Invoicing: Once a quote is approved, the invoice for this job will be available.  Review the invoice with the customer, link equipment to populate a service history, take payment, and obtain a work completed signature all from a single screen!
  • Payment Processing: Tap Payments to collect payment(s) once a job has been completed.  Choose from cash, check, or external payments such as financing, and if your account is set up, we accept credit cards and ACH through either Stax or GPI.  Your company is able to save a payment method on file for this customer through either credit card or ACH and you can choose that method, with customer approval, for easy payment processing. 
  • Scheduling follow up appointments and city inspections: Tap Scheduling to see all appointments affiliated with this job, schedule city inspections for permitting, or schedule follow up appointments for another technician at your company.
