Mobile App: Technician Profile
The technician profile in the Sera Mobile app provides a centralized location to view your professional information. Whether you are verifying contact details, checking license status, or accessing time cards, this profile keeps everything in one place.
How to Access Your Profile
- Open the Main Menu from the hamburger icon in the floating bar
- Tap on the Icon in the upper right hand corner
What's Included in the Technician Profile
Personal & Contact Information
- Full name
- Address
- Phone
Employment Details
- Date of Hire
- Date of Birth (used for internal records and compliance)
Licensing Information
- License Number
- License Expiration Date
Tip: Make sure your license information is accurate and current - your company may use this for regularly compliance tracking.
Bluon Integration Toggle
If your company uses Bluon for HVAC Support and resouces, you'll see a Bluon toggle in your profile.
- Toggle ON to enable Bluon integration features
- Toggle OFF if you do not use Bluon or it is not required by your company
Time Card Access
From your profile, you can quickly jump to your Time Card History, where you can:
- View clock-in and clock-out times
- Review daily or weekly time logs
