Mobile App: Time Tracking
Keeping accurate track of your employee's time helps ensure accurate job data. Our mobile app makes time tracking for your technicians and field workers simple and seamless while they are on the go.
How to Track Time on the Mobile App
Clocking In
Open the Sera Mobile App and log in with your technician credentials
From the Leaderboard, tap the main menu button from the floating bar and select the Clock In button
Select "Start Timer"
Your status will change to clocked in and your tracking has officially started. You can view the time worked at any point by navigating back here and reviewing the green button.
Clocking Out
Return to the main menu button, and select the green button
Tap the Clock Out button
Your time tracking has ended and will be recorded in your time card.
Reviewing Past Time Cards
From the main menu, tap Time Cards
You will see a summary of:
- Clock In/Clock Out times
- Hours Worked by day
- Total Hours Worked by period
Use the button in the top right to alter the range of dates you are reviewing
Do you need to correct a punch that is incorrect or missing? Contact an admin at your company and they can assist.
Note: You will see light gray text with default entries for days in which you did not have any punches. Those times will not affect your punches and once you clock in, it will overwrite those punches.
