Photos
In the Sera Tech App, after the technician has arrived at a call, they will be able to access the Photos & Docs tab. They can upload photos already on their device or take a picture and upload it.
Techs will also be able to see pictures that have been uploaded to the Customer Account in the past. Click on the customer's name to see all photos and documents on a customer's account.
