What's New & Improved

  • Sera Mobile: Membership Crown Update: We have made updates via Sera Mobile specific to clarity with the Membership crown(s) based on Service Address. Now, Technicians will see a Crown if the Service Address of the specific appointment is covered. In addition, when reviewing the Customer details, Technicians will see a Membership section that shows "Covers" and includes the Service Address(es) covered, as well as a green active badge.
