Appointment Creation from the Schedule Board: The + New action on the schedule board now clearly lets dispatchers choose between creating an Appointment or an Event. Selecting Appointment allows Admins to create new appointments directly from the dispatch board for existing customers without navigating away.
Invoice summaries now sync to QuickBooks Online. When an invoice is sent from Sera to QuickBooks, the Invoice Summary entered in Sera will now appear directly on the QuickBooks invoice, making it easier for accounting teams to review details and reconcile records. (Summaries up to 1,000 characters are supported.)
Archive and unarchive promo codes. You can now archive promo codes to keep your list clean while preserving them for reporting or future reference. Archived promo codes are hidden by default and can’t be applied to quotes, but you can view or unarchive them anytime using the new “All” toggle on the Promo Code report.
Report Export Date Filter Sync: Resolved an issue where report exports did not reflect applied date filters, causing downloaded files to differ from the data shown in the report view.
Promo Code Report Filter Persistence: Resolved an issue where returning to the Promo Code Report after viewing a promo code showed all rows while still displaying an active filter. Filters are now handled consistently when navigating back, ensuring the report view accurately reflects the applied filter state.
