What's New & Improved

This release includes several workflow improvements to the Scheduler designed to help dispatchers create, update, and reschedule appointments faster — all without leaving the schedule board.

  • Create Appointments via Double-Click: You can now double-click an empty time slot on a technician’s row to instantly open the Create Appointment modal. The selected technician, date, and start time are automatically prefilled to streamline scheduling.

  • Drag to Adjust Appointment Duration: Appointment durations can now be extended or shortened directly from the schedule board by dragging the end of the appointment block. Changes snap to your configured scheduling increments.

  • Free Drag & Drop Rescheduling (Pending Appointments): Pending appointments can now be freely dragged across the schedule board to update both technician and time in a single action — no need to open the appointment first.

  • Appointment Details Drawer: Clicking an appointment now opens a side drawer, allowing you to view and update key appointment details (status, time, technician, duration) without navigating away from the board.

  • Intentional Quick-Glance Details: Quick-glance appointment details now appear only when hovering over the “i” icon on an appointment. This reduces visual noise while scrolling and keeps the schedule board cleaner.
