What's New & Improved

  • Customer-Facing Warranty Branding: Added support for a custom customer-facing warranty name. In Company > Programs > Warranties, Admins can now set an optional Provider Display Name for warranty branding, while the required Provider Name continues to drive reporting and warranty sales transmission. Customers will see the Provider Display Name if provided; otherwise, they will see the Provider Name.

  • Technician License Tracking Foundation: Introduced the initial groundwork for improved technician license tracking to ensure precise usage and billing.

  • Membership Renewal Pricing: Resolved an issue where the “Charge on Renewal” field did not calculate pricing correctly. The renewal amount now updates based on the base membership price plus any pricing entered in the “Additional Systems” field, ensuring accurate totals for all covered systems.
