This release includes several workflow improvements to pinned notes, the scheduler appointment drawer, and equipment reports.

Updating Functionality of Pinned Notes: Pinned notes now behave as expected. When a note is pinned, it remains fixed at the top and visible to users regardless of the original note date.

Appointment Drawer Updates: We’ve introduced several improvements to the appointment drawer:

Customer contact details are now displayed, including a link to the customer profile (via the customer name) and quick access to call or email using on-file contact information.
- Technician contact details are now available, including a link to the technician profile (via the technician name) and quick access to their phone number.
- Pinned notes from the customer record are now directly viewable within the appointment drawer.

- Equipment Reports Update: Equipment reports now include an Equipment Notes column in exports. Navigate to Reports > Customers > Equipment to access the updated report.
- Ability to Add Photos on Past Appointments via Sera Mobile:
Sometimes you finish a job and realize later that you forgot to add a photo or video. With Sera, Technicians now have the ability to add Photos and Videos on past appointments using the Sera Mobile app.
