Ring Central Direct Integration
We’re excited to announce a direct integration with Ring Central!
The integration between RingCentral and Sera allows admins to:

Link calls to customers and jobs
-
Track revenue associated with calls
-
Reduce manual effort during customer interactions
Call data is provided by RingCentral, and Sera organizes, links, and reports on that activity within the platform.
Overview
The integration is available for:
- Current customers, who are already on contract with Ring Central, who would like to utilize the direct integration within Sera's marketplace.
- Current customers who are interested in utilizing Ring Central and the direct integration within Sera's marketplace.
- Prospects who are interested in becoming a Sera customer, who either use Ring Central today or are interested in utilizing Ring Central, and would then be able to benefit from the direct integration within Sera's marketplace.
As a part of this release, Sera is also launching a Partnership program with Ring Central. We are available to help refer customers or prospects to Ring Central and assist in getting preferred Sera pricing along with a qualified demo of available products.
