What's New & Improved

  • Members Report Updates: To align with tracking memberships at the service address, we have updated our Members Report (Report > Members) clarify the Billing Address and to showcase the Program(s) the Customer has. The Programs column has been enhanced so Customers who have multiple memberships on their profile have a "+" sign, indicating multiple memberships.

  • Membership To-Do Updates: The Membership To-Do page has been updated to include the Service Address the membership was associated and sold at. This enables you to be more efficient when saving and completing memberships on the to-do page, as it showcases the Service Address on your screen.
