- Ability to View Tags in Sera Mobile: We have released a new feature that allows Technicians the ability to see Tags within the Sera Mobile app. This provides additional visibility on key items / tags the business may be using, specific to Job Tags and Customer Tags.
- Ability to Listen to Recorded Calls from Sera Mobile: We have released a new feature which enables Technicians the ability to listen to Completed and Linked Customer calls directly from the Sera Mobile app. If you're using our VOIP integration and tagging customer calls to the customer profile, these are automatically synced and available for the Technician to listen to.
