CAPTURE CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS

Technicians and Admins can capture the billing address of a credit card

  • By default, the service / primary address will be selected, with the option to enter a different address.  
  • This will offer reduced fraud risk by asking the customer to verify the address for billing purposes accurately and a possible rate reduction could be seen through GPI.

Note - This change will be released at 5pm CST tonight.  An update through the App Store is *not* required for this release and instead the app will be updated the next time the Tech App is closed and re-loaded.  

To update your Tech App, please close all the way out and re-open. It will trigger a review for the most current version (5.1.0b2:8558656) upon opening. You do not need to delete and re-download at this time. You can verify that you and your Technicians are using the most current version by checking (your department) --> Technicians and viewing the App Version column.
