• Sera Mobile: Technicians can now see Lead Source: We have launched a feature update for the Mobile application where Technicians can view Lead Source for appointments they have been assigned.

• Sera Mobile: Technicians can now edit Primary and Additional Emails: We have added functionality that allows Technicians to edit customer email addresses from the Mobile app, in the event we don't have an accurate email address on file. Changes made always update and reflect in the Admin portal in real-time.
