Sera Mobile: Media & Docs on Customer Records: We have made updates via Sera Mobile to show one unified Media & Docs tab when reviewing Customer details. This replaces the individual tabs for Photos, Videos, and Docs, reducing the number of clicks and unifying the user experience with other aspects of the Mobile application and the Admin portal. It also gives Technicians a view of all Media for the Customer, organized by appointment (instead of just the current appointment's media).
