- Membership Service Utilization Column Additions- Date of Last Service and Tags: We've added an enhancement to the Membership Service Utilization view in Sera to add a column for Tags and a column for Date of Last Service, with the option to filter as needed.
- The definition of "Date of Last Service" is the last date any appointment took place for the customer at the service address where they have their membership program.
- The definition of "Date of Last Service" is the last date any appointment took place for the customer at the service address where they have their membership program.
- Ability to Show Active or All Memberships for a Customer: We've added a toggle within the Customer Profile where you can view Active memberships only, or toggle to see All memberships, which include those that have been expired. This cleans up the overall profile view and user experience within the Admin Portal but still provides visibility around the history of memberships for any given customer.
