What's New & Improved
- Membership Service Utilization Column Additions- Equipment and Age of Equipment: We have added two (2) new columns to the Service Utilization tab view - Equipment for the Service Address of the Membership program and Age of Equipment. These are both columns that you can filter, and provide additional visibility to help coordinate and support scheduling and taking action when booking available services for Members.
- Equipment Age - Now shown in Years and Months: We've released an enhancement updating the Age of Equipment to calculate in years and months instead of just years, for more accurate understanding and scheduling.
