What's New & Improved
- Membership Service Utilization Expanded to Included Annual, Semi-Annual, and/or Quarterly Cadence for Tracking: We have enhanced our Membership Service Utilization to allow more granular tracking. This includes setting Available Tasks at the Membership Program level Semi-Annually or Quarterly (instead of the default Annual option). Once updated at the Membership Program level, your Service Utilization tab will update and reflect and your Customer Profile will show additional granularity around available services for booking.
