Training Article: Ability to Bulk Update Media and Docs for Customer Visibility - # of Covered Systems Added to Members - By Address Report and Service Utilization table: We have made an enhancement update to our Service Utilization table and Members - by Address report to add a column for # of Covered Systems, which can be filtered to assist with scheduling prioritization.
- Finalized / All Toggle on Invoice Tab in Customer Profile: The Invoices tab on the Customer profile previously hid every draft and pending invoice — there was no way to see a customer's open invoices from that screen. This release adds a small toggle so the same surface can be flipped between finalized-only (the default) and the full set.
