Memberships Zapier Triggers | Password Reset Expiration Extension | Report Updates | Tag Functionality Updates

We're excited to share the latest improvements and features in this release!  This update includes powerful new integrations, security updates, improved reporting and expanded tagging functionality!

Zapier Enhancements

Two new Zapier triggers are now available to supercharge your automations:

  • Membership Creation - triggered when a new membership is created
  • Membership Updates - triggered when an existing membership is updated

These additions allow for deeper workflows with CRMs, marketing tools, and more!

Password Reset Link Expiration

To improve the user experience, password reset links will now expire after 48 hours.  This provides users with more flexibility and reduces the need for repeated requests.

Report Updates

We have made valuable enhancements to key reports to help you analyze your data more effectively:

  • Out of Coverage report now includes the potential customer's phone number for easier outreach
  • Quotes report now displays the department and creator for improved tracking and accountability

Tag Functionality Upgrades

Tagging is now more powerful and accessible across your workflows:

  • Customer tags can now be added during customer creation
  • Job tags can now be added during job creation
  • Internal Importers have been updated to support adding tags to your bulk data uploads (customers, invoices, etc)

These enhancements make it easier to organize, filter and report on your data.
