- Membership Service Utilization - Scheduled Indicator: We have made an update to the Membership Service Utilization to update the Status to Scheduled when you take action and proactively schedule a Membership Covered Task from the Service Utilization table or from the Customer Profile directly. This gives you even greater visibility into Membership booking opportunities not yet scheduled.
