Lead Source Drop Down Feature | Photo Upload Time Improvements | File Upload Improvements 

We're excited to share the latest improvements and features in this release! This update includes a new drop down for lead source, improved photo upload times and file importing! 

Lead Source Drop Down Feature 

Lead Source is now a dropdown field, allowing you to create and select from predefined options, making data entry more consistent and easier to search. You’ll find this when adding a Lead Source to a customer and in reporting filters. 

Photo Upload Time Improvements 

Backend optimizations have significantly reduced photo upload times, resulting in faster load performance in both the Sera Mobile app for technicians and the admin portal. 
 
Customer File Upload Improvements 

Improved the customer file importer with more resilient parsing logic for tag labels.
