What's New & Improved

  • Partial Refunds and Quickbooks Refund Updates: Partial refunds now clear the invoice balance and match what actually happened in the field: technician revenue, commissions, and reports all reflect the refund. On the QuickBooks side, refunds sync as the correct document type (Refund Receipt by default, Credit Memo + Refund Check as an opt‑in), tied to the originating invoice instead of a generic Journal Entry.
