What's New & Improved

  • Schedule Drawer Updated: We have added three (3) more fields to the Schedule Drawer for easy visibility. Priority level of the service booked, qty of job appointments, and whether there is a Permit on file and the link for this. 
  • Customer Portal - Membership Visibility: We have shipped an enhancement to the Customer Portal that ensures Customers are able to see a read-only list of the membership plans the customer is enrolled in (for example a “Comfort Club” annual maintenance plan). Each plan shows its status, start and next-billing dates, covered systems, and price. This ensures that plans which are now Inactive and Expired are not providing clutter for Customers when they access the Customer Portal. 
  • Customer Portal - Feature Settings - Customers to Schedule Online, Customers to Reschedule, and Customers to Cancel: We have shipped a Customer Portal enhancement that will let you decide at the Company-level whether you would like your Customers to have the ability to schedule online via the Customer Portal, Reschedule via the Customer Portal, or Cancel via the Customer Portal. These are individual settings you can toggle off or on at the Company level, located within your Company Settings.
