What's New & Improved

  • System Notes to Log Payment Events: We've added five types of system notes to track payment events related to recent features released. These system notes are available within the Job Notes. Be sure you have Notes toggled to All not just Standard, System Notes are not visible under the Standard toggle, only the All toggle. 
    • Pay link sent by text 
    • Pay link sent by email 
    • QR code displayed
    • Text delivery failed
    • Link revoked
  • Ability to Print Job Notes: We've made a few updates that allow customers to print job notes from their desktop browser or mobile device using native print screen commands. To do this from a Mac on Chrome, Safari, or Firefox, go to the job and select the keys cmd+p, and from a PC on Chrome, Safari, or Firefox, go to the job and select the keys ctrl+p.
  • CSR Permission Update: We have updated CSR permissions in Sera to allow CSRs to add events in Sera to the dispatch board. This ensures no Admin intervention is needed to schedule Events and assigned CSRs can create on their own.
