We resolved an issue where finalized invoices created in the new Sera Mobile app were missing key details when viewed in the Admin Portal. Specifically, the Invoice Notes and detailed task descriptions were not appearing as expected due to discrepancies in how invoice format settings were handled between systems.

What’s fixed:

  • Invoice Notes and task details now display properly in the Admin Portal after being finalized in the new Sera Mobile app.

  • No action is needed on your part — this fix was released as a backend hotfix and requires no mobile app update.

  • Any invoices created in the mobile app prior to this fix will also be updated to display correctly.

  • If you notice any continued discrepancies, please reach out to our Support team.
