A Technician Leaderboard is the first screen you will see when logging into the Tech App.
The Leaderboard will give you the opportunity to see your metrics from appointments worked in the Tech App against other technicians within your company. You can see those metrics either in the current or previous week, month or year.
Selecting the "!" circle in the upper right-hand corner will give you the breakdown on the metrics, also called KPI's:
Revenue(Sales)
Invoice Total $ - Sales Tax $
Jobs Sold (JS)
Opportunities marked as a Win with > $0 amounts
Job Close Rate (JC %)
Opportunities Won/# of Opportunities
Avg. Ticket Sold
Revenue $/ (Opportunity Wins + Losses)
Membership Opportunity
A valid opportunity that begins with a non-member
Memberships Sold (MS)
Won Opportunities that include a Membership in the Sale
Membership Win Rate (MC %)
Opportunities with a Membership Sold/Membership Opportunities
Opportunity
Opportunities Won + Opportunities Lost
Won Opportunity
A job completed with a signature with > $0 in revenue
