What do I do if my Tech App is running slow?

If your Sera Tech App is running slow you can use the Report Slowness feature in the menu icon located in the upper left-hand corner next to your technician name.

Once here select Report Slowness.  This will send data to our team to evaluate why you are experiencing slowness within the Sera Tech App.
