If you are having trouble with your Sera Tech App not updating your location check these settings on your iPad to ensure that your tablet is sharing the location with the app.
From Settings, select Sera Tech. Tap on Location and ensure that the location setting is set to "While Using the App" or "Always".
It is recommended that you also have Precise Location turned on as well.
