What's New & Improved
- Customer Search Expanded - Primary and Additional Email Addresses and Phone Numbers: We have expanded the search within the Customer hub to allow for searching by both Primary and Additional Email Addresses and Phone Numbers. The view now includes a +1 when more than one email address or phone number is on file and when search for an additional email address or phone number, the search will help populate the correct customer.

- Customer Profile View Expanded - Primary and Additional Email Addresses and Phone Numbers: We have updated the view of the Customer Profile to show both Primary and Additional Email Addresses and Phone Numbers once saved to the Customer Profile.

- Communications Enhancements: We have added three (3) new native communications within your Company Settings. To locate the Communications Manager, select Company > Communications.
- Admin Notification (Email) when a Customer makes a Payment via the Customer Portal.
- Customer Membership Renewal Reminder (30 Days Before), sent to a customer 30-days before their membership expiration when auto-renewal is OFF (Email / SMS).
- Pre-Appointment Reminder for Customers 24-hours Prior to Scheduled Appointment (Email / SMS).
