• Ability to configure Progress Billing from the Admin Portal and Mobile App: Instead of sending one big invoice and waiting for it to get paid, Progress Billing lets you bill a job in stages — for example, 50% as a deposit and 50% at completion. Sera tracks which stage your customer is on, sends reminders when a payment is due, and shows you a clear picture of what's still outstanding.
