- Ability to Add, Edit, and View Captions on Media from the Mobile App and Admin Portal: We have released an update that allows Technicians to add and edit captions on media from the Mobile app and Admins to view, edit, and add captions on media from the Admin Portal.

👉 Mobile App: Adding, Editing, and Viewing Captions on Media - Customer-Level Media and Documents: We've created a Media and Documents tab within the Customer Profile that is a roll-up of all job media. This also comes with the ability to upload photos and documents at the customer level. Media loaded from the Job is tagged with a Job # badge and media loaded from the customer profile is tagged with the a Customer badge. Additional details on how this functions can be found in the Training Article below.
👉Admin Portal: Customer-Level Media and Docs - Quote Summary Available on Invoice as Invoice Summary: We have made an update to roll up quote summaries into an invoice summary from the Admin Portal. Admins also have the ability to edit and select or remove any of the quote summaries (when multiple quotes are selected and approved).
- "Your Membership Saved You" UI Change in Admin Portal: We have made a long-requested enhancement to the Admin Portal to remove the red circle highlighting membership savings and have changed the UI to provide a better visual for Customers. Your Membership Savings are still highlighted, it's simply a better visual for customers that doesn't not confusion on savings versus the amount owed.
